This article examined the relationship of franchisee satisfaction on ice cream franchisor support and franchise contract renewal intention. the franchisor support was measured by 4 factors: pre-opening support, logistics support, communication & problem solving support, and marketing support. Personal interview with ice cream franchisees was conducted to collect the data. To analyze the data, frequent analyses and multiple regression analysis were conducted. The result indicated that the perceived levels of ice cream franchisee satisfaction on the franchisor support were average. Multiple regression analysis results showed that re-contract intention was significantly influenced by the marketing support. Implications for franchisors and franchisee were discussed.
