We classifies the support activities of the franchiser for the business format franchise system where the franchiser`s support is very important and analyse the process that these activities have influence on the re-contract intention of the franchisee through the performance and satisfaction. Through the empirical research, we get the conclusion that the re-contract intention is influenced by the franchisee`s satisfaction more than by the franchisee`s performance and that the satisfaction is influenced by the logistics support activities more than by the non-logistics support activities of the franchiser. The result show that reenforcing the franchiser`s logistics activities is very effective to increase the re-contract intention of the franchisee.
