초등학교 학생의 정서․행동문제에 대한 교사의 이해와 지도에 관한 연구 - 광주․전남 초등학교 교사를 중심으로 - = A Study on Teachers' Understanding and Teaching for Elementary School Children with Emotional and Behavioral Problems - Focusing on Teachers in Gwangju and Chonnam -

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 일반 초등학교 담임교사를 대상으로 학급내 정서․행동문제에 대한 담임교사들의 이해 및 지도 정도와 연수요구를 파악함으로써 정서․행동문제를 지닌 아동을 이해하고 지도하는 데 도움이 될 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는 데에 목적을 두고 수행되었다. 광주 및 전라남도에 있는 총 572개 국공립 초등학교에 근무하는 14,071명의 초등학교 교사들 가운데 층별임의표집에 의한 354명의 교사들에게 설문지를 발송하여 회수된 332부(회수율: 94.6%) 중 303부의 응답지를 자료분석에 포함시켰다. 빈도, 백분율, 순위 등의 기술통계를 이용하여 자료를 분석하였으며, 그 결과를 바탕으로 몇 가지 결론과 제언이 제시되었다.

This study was conducted to examine the degree of teachers' understanding and teaching for elementary school children with emotional and behavioral problems and their needs for in-service training related to children's emotional and behavioral problems. To do this, questionnaires that contained 15 questions were distributed to 354 teachers who had been sampled for this study through a process of stratified random sampling. Data from returned questionnaires were analyzed and the results were presented in order of 15 questions. Based the results, conclusions and several suggestions were presented.
