호텔기업에 있어서 리더십이 집단응집력과 직무성과에 미치는 영향

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is started with some assumptions that hotel managers` leadership in the hotel company may affect employees` group cohesiveness and job performance. The purpose of this study was to find a solution to some managerial problems from the present difficult environments of hotel administration by improving service qualities. On the dynamic environment of hotel industry, top managers control the core parts by way of resolute restructuring and out-sourcing in order to overcome the hardest managerial conditions. This weakened the service qualities. In addition, the system of compulsory hiring manager was changed to voluntary items on law for the promotion of tourism. So, employees participating in the field of hotel should give much play to personal capabilities so as to win their own existing values. Under these hard environments, the necessity of this research is presented from the judgement of requiring the excellent leadership of hotel managers to progress hotel employees` group cohesiveness and job performance.
