호텔 컨벤션의 성공전략 = A Theoretical Approach to Hotel Convention Promotion

Korea convention industry which is famous for its enormous multi-effects generating aspects is to prepare for the ever-changing future. Under this circumstances the tourism policy makers has expressed their concerns on this industry as well as the top policy maker has much remarkable interests and expectations to this growing industry.
In spite of these social concerns and interests, it is a pity that the development degree and level of hotel convention goods's is evaluated as the very infant stage and lower level. Now many persons concerned are worrying about hotel convention goods's similarity and simplicity derived from the lower facility, skilled manpower shortage and not-enough support system between hotel organization.
In this thesis, with these situation and study motivation the writer has concentrated more portion to analyze the theoretical background of the hotel convention system and hotel convention products, that is the order made products which is not hotel-producing.
Also the writer made efforts to find out the present situation of the hotel convention-related skilled manpower educating system and to suggest the problems on the hotel convention goods and their aspects and contents.
