중등학교 체육교사 연수의 문제점과 개선 방안 = Problem and Solution of the training on the secondary school physical education teachers

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is to analyze the physical education teachers' understanding on the physical education training and to find out the problem and the solution of the present training system. To achieve the purpose, 281 physical education teachers were selected, and inquired about the frequency analysis through the questionnaire, and documentary records were examined.
The subjects have positive thought above the average about the effect which the training system had on lectures, training contents, facilities, evaluations, and professionalism development.
The problem of the training is the negative attitude to teacher training, the training contents out of teachers' demand and interest, the lack of professional lecturer, and the inefficient operating system.
The way to improve the problem is the positive and active attitude on participating in the training, the selection of the contents helpful for education, the competent lecturers, the facilities expansion, the training expense support, efficient evaluation method, and the appropriate training advertisement and period.
