      The purpose of this study is to clarify the effects of school organization health on teacher's job satisfaction. The main variables in this study are organizational health and pb satisfaction.
      The specific objectives of this study are:
      1. To analyze the effects that school organization health have on teacher's job satisfaction,
      2. Toanaliyzetheeffects that sub-variables of school organization health have on each sub-variable of job satisfaction.
      In order to accomplish the above objectives, 410 secondary school teachers were randomly selected in Seoul, Inchon, Kwangju, Kyeonggido, Chellanamdo, Chellabukdo as subjects of the study. The instruments such as 5chool organization health scale developed by Prof. Wang, "Teacher's job satisfaction scale by Prof. Lee were used in this study. However, some items of these scales were modified by the researcher. The statistical method employed in this study was multiple regression andysk by using SPSS.
      From this analysis the following conclusions were drawn :
      1. school organization health exphed 40.6% of teacher's job satisfaction. Planning, Communication adequacy, productivity and conformity of organizational health turned out be major factors affecting teacher's job satisfaction
      2. In the effects that sub-variables of school organization health have on each sub-variable of teacher's pb satisfaction, Planning of organizational health turned out to be majorr factors affecting administrational support and teaching profession itself among sub-variables of teacher's job satisfaction, conformity of organizational health turned out to be major factor affecting rapport among teachers among sub-variables of teacher s job satisfaction, productivity of organizational health turned out to be major factor affecting curriculum management among sub-variables of teacher's job satisfaction, Communication adequacy of Organizational health turned out to be major factor affecting community rapport among sub-variables of teacher's job satisfaction.
      The results of this study showed that school organization health had effects on the teacher's job satisfaction. This finding was consistent with existing theory.
