새로운 관계형성을 위한 QEPER 창의성 기법 = The Study of QEPER Creative Thinking Method for Generating New Relations

Heretofore, creativity has been stressed on creating new ideas. But it is also crucial in organizing new relations. The agony and conflict of existing relationship has been occurred from existing thinking. Therefore, we have to create new ideas to solve these relations. In this circumstance, creativity is very useful thinking tool of generating the new relations.
QEPER creativity technique is expected to help generating new relations. This technique operates with stages of Q(Question), E(Elicitation), P(Production), E(Elaboration) and R(Reinforcement). One find out problems at the stage of Question, extract the existing ideas at the stage of Elicitation, think in creative way to find out new ideas at the stage of Production, arrange and prepare to apply the results of creative thinking at the stage of Elaboration, and apply them to life and reinforce them with providing feedback at the stage of Reinforcement.
