초등교사의 일상이 전문성 향상 프로그램 개발에 주는 시사 = Teachers` Professional Development Based on Their Daily School Lives

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study focused on daily lifves of teachers. How teachers can develop their professional ability in living in school life is the main question of this study. Based on the principle that a teachers' professional development will be more effective when they reflects in detail on their everyday experiences, this study is performed focusing on the following questions; 1)what is the characteristics of teachers' daily behavior? 2)what is the contents of teachers' thinking in their daily school lives? 3)what is the characteristics of their thinking? The results of the research are; 1)'speedy and restless without self-reflection' is the characteristics of their lives 2)the content of their thinking can be classified in these categories such as student control, discipline, teaching methods, school administration and the relationship with other teachers. 3) the characteristics of their thinking is 'thinking-in-action'.
