The purpose of the present study is to survey autonomy and employee's motivation influencing the job satisfaction of the part of hotel front office workers. The result is, Job satisfaction of hotel front office employees are deeply related with the influencing factors-autonomy and employee's motivation. Besides, it is much related with economic one than stability satisfaction. For the better operation and higher productivity of hotel front office and its enterprise, more efforts should be made on the part of management to understand exactly what constitutes of job satisfaction autonomy and employee's motivation
