성인의 스키·스노우보드 참여가 자기효능감 및 정신건강에 미치는 영향

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to identify whether adult’s participation in ski & snowboard sports had an influences on self-efficacy sub-factors as a main cause of self-confidenceself-regulatory efficacydifficulty and psychological health.To achieve a goal, total data were sampled using the systematic clusterrandom sampling method.Thirteen skiing grounds of the whole country vested serial numbers and later four skiing grounds among them were selected. And then 400 people called, each 200 people from formality participated group and informality participated group in every skiing groups. Data of 374 people were used as a final analysis. In this investigation, some data, 26 people of respondent, were excepted. because they were unbelievable, faithless and unsatisfactory.The measurement instrument was the questionnaire, which was used after testing reliability and validity of the items through the pre-test. The statistical analysis methods were conducted such as T-test, Correlation analysis.As a result, the following findings were obtained.
First of all, adult’s participation in winter sports had an influences on self-efficacy and psychological health statistically. Second, participant intensity of adult’s participant degree in winter sports had an influences on cause of mental health as well as sub-factor of self-efficacy.
