      In casino business human service is considered as an important factor, and the satisfaction of employees on their work performances could bring better services to customers. So the management of personal resources plays an important role in the business. This study is focused on examining, through the employees satisfaction on work performances, the importance of service and on suggesting the management of personal resources efficiently in casino business. Major hypotheses are as follows: first, four factors of staffs' satisfaction on work performances are wage, welfare, performance record, and public relationship.: second, six hypotheses are found to examine the characteristics of population statistics of casino employees. After examining the results, the factors of employees satisfaction on work performances are found seven, more than previous studies. The factors of employees satisfaction on work performances classified by population statistics show no significant difference among groups, which means there exists similarity to a degree among groups. This study has a certain limit by examining casino employees not nationwide but only those in Jeju, so another study is needed to be done with all of casino employees of the nation in the future.
