평생학습체제를 위한 학교교육의 방향과 과제 = Directions and Tasks of School Education under The lifelong Educational System

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 평생학습체제에서의 학교교육의 위상을 밝히기 위하여 교육학의 새로운 학문적 접근인 '인간교육학'의 관점에서 그 개념적 준거를 구명·제시하였다.
이 같은 관점에서 교사-학생-의도적-형식적 교육을 중심으로 하는 학교교육이 평생학습체제의 핵심으로서 제 기능을 다하기 위해서는 학습자 중심의 질좋은 교육의 평등화 실현을 그 기본 방향으로 설정해야 함을 전제하고, 그것의 개념과 개념체제, 실천체제 그리고 사실적 결과의 일부를 인간교육의 실체적 차원 구조 즉, 이념적-이론적-체제적-사실적 실체 차원에서 초등수학교과를 중심으로 제시하였다. 그리고 학교교육의 발전과제는 교육의 네 가지 기본 성분 즉, 교육의 주체, 목적, 내용, 수단과 방법을 준거로 선정하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The education in the 21st century is expected to focus on lifelong learning. The Korean government has already set sail for building the society for lifelong and open education by enacting and proclaiming the law for lifelong education to prepare a legal basis for the lifelong educational system. As a matter of course, the school education should play a central role in the lifelong educational system within the frame of teacher-student and intentional and formal relationships. It is the task and mission of school education to find its proper position in the new millenium age and to help learners devote themselves subjectively to learning, studying and serving during their whole life.
The present paper sets forth realization of learner-oriented quality education without discrimination as a premise for basic directions of school education under the lifelong educational system. The elementary school curriculum for mathematics is offered here as an example to show parts of concept, conceptual system, system to realize and actual results from such premise on the practical, ideological, theoretical, systematic as well as factual dimensions of human education. The subject, objective, contents and means and ways are selected in this paper as 4 basic elements to develop school education. Although the tasks suggested in the current study should be solved without failure on the way to development of school education, they should be approached rather in a variety of long-term and comprehensive manners with pioneering spirits.
