The purpose of this study is to explore the relation between organizational culture and leadership of principal as change agent. Specifically, the objectives of this study could be summarized as follows:
1. To analysis and investigation of the various styles, principles, theories, concepts for sussessful principal's leadership.
2. To analysis and investigation of the various organizational culture's concepts, school organization and school culture's norms, assumptions and the innovation oriented culture & the stability oriented culture.
3. To analysis and investigation of Schein's culture model and Harrison & Handy's culture style.
The findings of this study were as follows:
1. What are the conditions for effective leadership performance.
