유아교사의 효능감과 역할수행능력간의 관계 연구 = A Relation between the efficiency of children's teachers and the recognition of role erforming ability

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 효능감과 역할수행능력과의 관계를 알아보고 유아교사의 효능감이 역할수행능력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 전라남도에 소재한 공사립유치원에 재직중인 교사 110명이었다. 본 연구에서는 유아교사의 효능감 및 역할수행능력을 알아보기 위하여 교사용 설문지를 사용하였다.
본 연구 결과에 의하면 유아교사의 효능감과 역할수행능력과의 관계는 모두 관련이 있다고 볼 수는 없으나 유아교사의 효능감이 역할수행능력에 끼치는 영향은 부분적으로 유의미한 설명력이 있었다. 교육과정 설계자·상담자 및 조언자·일과 계획 및 수행자로서의 역할은 각각 개인적 교수효능감과 더 높은 상관을 보였고 연구자·행정업무 및 관리자로서의 역할은 효능감과 더 높은 상관을 나타내었다.

The Purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the efficiency of children's teacher and the recognition of role performing ability and to find out how the efficiency of children's teacher has an effect on the recognition of role performing ability.
The subject of this study is 110 teachers working at kindergartens in Jeollanam-do and the questionnaires for teachers was used to examine the efficiency of children's teachers and the recognition of role performing ability in this study.
The results of this study is as follows:
First, the efficiency of children's teachers and the recognition of role performing ability couldn't be judged that they had relevance in all aspects but the effect of efficiency of children's teachers on the recognition of role performing ability partly had a significant realtionship.
Second, the role as a curriculum designer and counselor or an advisor, a daily work planner and an accomplisher showed higher correlation with the individual efficiency of children's teachers than the general efficiency of children's teachers and the role as a resercher and a person of administrative affairs or an administrator showed higher correlation with the general efficiency of children's teachers.
Therefore, this study suggests that the way to enhance the efficiency of teachers is needed to improve the effective role performing ability of teachers and the positive teacher management education and education research chance should be prepared.
