This study analyzes students' cheating behaviors on examinations and homework. The participants of this study were 224 Korean elementary and junior high school students. Their previous experiences and motives of cheating of the children were analyzed by using questionnaire. The questionnaire was made by modifying the questionnaire of Antion & Michael (1983), McLaughlin & Ross (1989), and Franklyn-Strokes & Newstead (1995). ANOVA and X^(2) were used to see the statistical differences of cheating behaviors between sexes and grades of the children. The results of this study are as follow:
    1. They showed cheating behaviors from the 3rd grade, and the cheating increased as their grades increased
    2. The most frequent cheating behavior was glancing at other students' answers when they took examinations. No sex and grade differences were found
    3. As their grades increased children showed more psychological reasons in their motives for cheating
