1.The purpose of this study is to identify the relationships between Organizational Climates, the Teacher's Conflicts and Organizational Health in Secondary Schools.
2.The data for this study were collected by 99 items of Questionaire composed of 64 items from A.W. Halpin's "Organizational Climate Description Questionaire" and 15 items on the basis of J.R.Rizzo's Conflict Qestionaire, and the rest chosen among the 50 items of "Organizational Health Description Questionaire" by Holmes.
The respondents of this study were 300 teachers who were sampled among the teachers of secondary schools in Kyung-gi Do.
3.The major findings and conclusions were as follows;
(1)Among the 10 Object schools for study there were identified 3 schools with the closed climate and another 3 with the Paternal climate in the classification of the organizational climate pattern.
(2)The qualities of teacher's disengagement and the principal's aloofness were the variant factors which could predict the teacher's conflicts in the organizational climate of school.
(3)The qualities of the teacher's Aloofness and the principal’s consideration were the variant factors which could predict the organizational climate of school.
(4)The teacher's conflicts were found more in the public school than the private school, more in the urban school than the rural school, more in the schoolmaster than the schoolmistress, and the organizational health was better in the private school than the public school, better in the rural school than the urban school, better in the schoolmistress than the schoolmaster.
4.The result implies that the organizational climates, the teacher's conflicts and the organizational health have a great corelationship, and the president of a school should have the consideration for teachers for the solution between the teacher's conflicts and organizational health.
