여성자본의 실태와 활용방안에 관한 연구|RISS 상세보기

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 여성의 인적자본과 사회자본, 심리적 자본의 실태를 계량적으로 측정해봄으로써 여성인적자원과 남성인적자원의 차이점을 분석하고, 이를 통해 여성인적 자원의 효율적 활용방안을 모색하는데 연구의 목적을 두고 있다.
이러한 목적을 달성하기 위한 실증조사 결과 다음과 같은 시사점이 도출되었다.
첫째, 인적자본의 정도는 여성이 남성보다 낮은 것으로 나타나 경제활동을 원하는 여성들의 경우 인적자본의 증대에 많은 관심과 노력을 기울여야 할 것으로 보인다.
둘째, 사회자본을 구성하는 모든 요인들에서 여성들의 사회자본 정도가 높게 나타난 것은 지역사회 발전을 위해 여성참여를 증대시켜야 할 필요성을 시사해주는 것이다.
셋째, 심리적 자본 또한 여성이 남성에 비해 높게 나타나 여성들이 남성들보다 긍정적인 성향을 갖고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 여성들의 긍정적 성향은 우리 사회의 안녕과 발전을 위해서도 매우 고무적인 결과라고 보여진다.
미래사회에 있어 여성인적자원의 활용은 여성들의 참여를 조장하고 유도하는 방향으로 초점이 맞추어져야 한다. 그 대안으로 제시할 수 있는 것이 지역사회 참여로서, 지금까지의 여성 참여는 경제활동에 치중해 온 것이 사실이나 앞으로는 지역사회의 참 여유도를 통한 지역문제의 해결에 더 많은 비중을 두어야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the reality of women's human, social, and psychological capitals quantitatively, explore gender's difference of each capital level and identify some factors including gender which have influence on the capitals.
The survey results and implications are as follows. First of all, the result shows that the level of men's human capital is higher than women's. In spite of several disadvantages to women for increasing human capital, a consistent concerns and institutional efforts on the part of local government should be made. Second, it appears that women have higher levels of almost all social capital factors than men. It implies that women have a higher potential for participation and cooperation to solve community problem. Third, the result also shows that women's levels of psychological capital factors are generally higher than men's.
The regional competitiveness of the 21st century depends on the quality of human resource. It is not only important to provide more opportunity for women to participate in economic activity, but to encourage women to engage in community activity, to experience empowerment and to become a main force to solve community problems.
