T1us study is proposed to analyzing the layout and planned characteristics of neighborhood-convenience facilities by analyzing the illegal using alternation of buildings, there results of research were as follow. 1) Almost the illegal using alternation of independent house is changed dwelling support equipment. 2) In Chang-Won city, resident in residential area are problems that there has a long distance to neighborhood-convenience facilities. 3) establishment's device of semi-residential area is not posting a group in independent house area but forming a line by the road system.
