It is analyzing a office satisfaction of hotel employ, it was bring up the problem with the object a business result attainment of hotel and a office satisfaction method of study and composition. In parts 2, It wrote precedence study about a office satisfaction, a generation process. a influence primary and a conception of a office satisfaction. In parts 3, It is getting ready for a positive analysis as being it set up a construction. drawing up questionnaire and a examination way grounded on theoretical background. In a positive analysis made an population object of special hotel employ in a seoul. A term was from 1998. 7. 20 to 1998. 9. 20 It applied 300sheet of paper to statistics as being it gave out 400sheet of paper.
