호텔주방 종사자들의 조리 작업 활동 범위 설정에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Facility of the Kitchen in the Tourist Hotel

Since the facility of the kitchen is under the influence directly or indirectly, the tourist hotel has several problems in the layout of equipment. The equipment is a important factor to determine the condition of working. This Study is discussing on that condition. The discussion is focused on the human body engineering. The Space of facility and working is the life environment of all the cooks, they want to promote safetly and comfortly. All of the facilities are based on a principle of layout to consider working, so good foods are served to customers. Especially the special feature to work standing errect have to have management to consider alternatives of suitable working layout.
