      The pourpose of this study is find out basic habits formation and whether there any differences in mother`s and teacher`s evaluation about their children`s basic habits. The problems of this study are as follows 1. Are there any differences in mother`s and teacher`s evaluation about their children`s basic habits? 2. Are there any differences children`s basic habits formation according to their grade and sex? The results of this study are as follows First, there are no significiant differences in mother`s and teacher`s evaluation about their children`s basic habits statistically. Second, the results of children`s basic habits formation are high at first grade and low at kindergarten grade. Girls are higher than boys in development of basic habits. Third, mean score of the degres of children`s basic habits is 3.5 over in 5 degree scale, and that is level of average. We may discuss that is anxious about dulness and retrocession of the children`s basic habits formationto at second grade. And many concern was needed that boys are low developement of basic habits relatively. In relation to basic habits, subjects recorded 3,5 points out of 5-point scale. 3.5 points could not be considered high. They were just above the average. It implied that young children should be taught more hard to formulate solid basic habits. Children in the second grade of elementary school recorded considerably lower points, impling that they were in depression in developing basic habits. In comparison to female children, male children did not keep basic habits. They needed more concerns on the part of parents. As we have seen above, the result of this study indicates that young children should be taught hard to learn basic habits and the tie between family and school should be strengthened more for this purpose.
