The purpose of this study is to see the difficulties of teachers of early childhood educational institutions, and try to provide the solutions of them. We find out the differences in profectional problems according to each institutions, and regional, theirs career in each institutions. According to the type of institution, for the nine global area factors the statistically meaningful differences were found in the `development of teacher ability`, `relations with colleague`, `relations with parents`, `equipment and facilities`, `management of time`. There was statistical difference in `program` instruction and learning`, `relations with supervisors` in the case of public kindergarten teachers, and `instruction and learning`, `program`, `system` in the case of private kindergarten teachers, and `instruction and learning` in the child center teachers according to career in each institutions. There was statistical difference in `program`, `development of teacher ability` `relations with supervisors` `relations with parents` `equipment and facilities` `management of time`, `system` in the case of public kindergarten teachers, and `instruction and learning`, `program`, `development of teacher ability` in the case of private kindergarten teachers according to locations in each institutions. There was no statistical difference in the child center teachers according to locations in each institutions.
