유치원의 수준별 교육내용에 관한 연구

This study is concerned with the educational content by the level of the kindergarten, which is introduced to Korean kindergartens from the fifth curriculum. The purposes of this investigation were to 1) find the educational backgrounds of the educational content by the level, 2) draw the salient characteristics in the process of the application of the educational content by the level, and 3) establish the appropriate educational model on the basis of the educational backgrounds and the salient characteristics. Research questions were as follows: 1) How is the introduction to educational content by the level? 2) How is the application of the educational content by the level? 3) What is the appropriate model for the educational content by the level? In this study, the model for the educaoional content by the level was proposed to 6 stages according to the Dewey`s philosophical principles and Piaget`s psychological principles. In addition to that, the author proposed the level 1, level 2, level 3, and common level instead of level 1, level 2, and common level on the basis of the developers of the educational contents and kindergarten teacher`s perception. Current educational curriculum is mainly focused ~r1 the 4 and 5 years old, therefore, there are difficulties in applying the educational curriculum for the 3 years old youngsters. , Therefore, the educational contents are to be subdivided into more levels.
