    The purpose of this study was to investigate the leisure perception of employee. In order to meet the purpose this study, 285 employees selecting from 6 company. Measurement tools for this study were Korean Version of Leisure Diagnostic Diagnostic Battery (LDB), Questionare including LDB and background variable were administrated for collect of the data. Collected data were analyzed primarily utilizing multi analysis of variance(MANOVA) and analysis of variance(ANOVA). The results of this study were as follow. 1) There was a significant difference in leisure perception by gender. 2) There was a significant difference in leisure perception by type of work. 3) There was a significant difference in leisure perception by leisure participant.
