    The purpose of this study was to investigate difference of the work values by teacher`s personality type. In this study, the subjects were 177 primary school and 65 secondary school teachers, and they were given two tests. The instruments are Myers-Briggs Type Indicator(MBTI) and Work Value Inventory. The results of the present study were showed differences in work values according to teacher`s personality type. First, the primary school teachers more than the secondary school teachers marked higher scores on the work values. Second, there were no significant differences between male and female in the work values. Third, the scores of the work values were higher when the teachers is prefer to E, S, F, P than I, N, T, J. Fourth, the scores of the work values were higher F than T to functional personality type. Fifth, in temperamental personality type, the rank of the work value scores were showed differentially according to the work value area. Especially the rank of NF were showed difference.
