The purpose of this study was to investigate the group learning process of kindergarten teachers involved in self-reflection. The research methods were Participatory Research Approach and Theme Central Interaction. The Subjects, 9 kindergarten teachers in the C area, attended 8 group meetings. Analysis and evaluation of materials were done by a qualitative method based on Paraphrase and Interpretation used by Lamnek (1955) as well as Glaser`s and Strauss(1979). The findings of the study revealed characteristics of the group learning process of kindergarten teachers through the developmental process of learning theme establishment and theme content, the developmental process and effectiveness of teacher diary writing, and the developmental process of group collaboration. Based on these findings, we suggest several ways to increase the effectiveness of in-service education for kindergarten teachers.
