This study analyzes agglomeration mechanism of theatre industry as a complex network system. We find that theatres are agglomerating and dispersing in a self organizing and dynamic way. This study shows that the agglomeration pattern of theatres is path dependent. It has started from chaotic random fluctuation(1970-1985), then it has agglomerated in the highest degree after having reached critical point(1986-1995). This result shows that up to this point, the positive feedback such as information extemality, reputation extemality and interaction with interrelated service sectors have been strong enough to offset negative feedbacks. But this study also show that over agglomeration of theatres leads to dispersing in a self organizing way due to increasing rate of negative feedbacks such as high rent and high congestion cost.
