This study is based on the assumption that Hotel employees has relation with their job satisfaction factors. The importance of job satisfaction is obviouse. Managers should be concerned with the level of job satisfaction in their organizations for at least three reasons (1) there is clear evidence that dissatisfied employee skip work more often and are more likely to resign. (2) It has been demonstrated that and live longer : and (3) satisfaction on the job carries over to the employee`s life outside the job. The purpose of this study is analysis on the job satisfaction impact factors of Hotel employees ; the position status, age, marriage, sex distinction, religon. The data for this study was compiled from 293 Hotel employees in 6 toursit Hotels in Kyoung Ju Area. The SPSS / PC + version 4.0 package was utilized.
