    One of the teaching-learning discussed in the educational field actively lately is that translate the method of teaching-learning of the craming education into the method of teaching-learning to be creative and to improve the thinking power. More meaningful learning experiences to students and the methods to promote the higher thinking are introduced and a lot of changes and reform with improvement of learning environment the age of information and the opened education are needed. 21st century`s school education must arrange the learning environment that student individual can reconstruct continuously, reconceptualize the learning course and prepare to design the new class-approached method. The main purpose of this study is to arrange a theoretical device which can introduce the method of teaching-learning about the constructivism that has been discussing in advanced countries variously as one method to cope with in the industrial society which is changing rapidly into the technical high school. The specific study contents are as follows: First, to consider the background and approached method of the constructivism, the class-design of the constructivism and the teaching-learning evaluation. Second, to consider the investigation about the constructive teaching-learning and the method of the teaching-learning in the technical high school and the direction about the constructivism In order to accomplish this purpose, this study was carried out by the study method of bibliography inquiry and considered the domestic and abroad research materials that are relevant to the constructivism.
