This study is implemented to suggest how to improve the curriculum and textbook content to meet the industries` needs by the job analysis approach method. In order to achieve the research aim, questionaire survey was taken on the 331 teachers of 8 technical high schools. The significant findings are as follows ; 1) Most of respondents agreed that the goal of technical high school must be vocational preparation instead of college entrance exam preparation. But one third of respondents insisted the college preparation. 2) At the beginning stage of curriculum innovation, the job analysis has to be carried out to collect the necessary information within the industry. 3) The objectives of the technical high school ought to be identified more specifically in comparison with current general objectives. 4) The theoretical subjects would be integrated into one comprehensive textbook according to each course. 5) The content of textbooks should be described with understandable words and mathematics for the students. 6) The technical high schools should not focus too much attention on the skill competition as it may harm normal curriculum implementation.
