This article's objectives is to study the enhancement plans and formation of Korean community spirit in order to improve nation's, competition power tu turn aganist the advanced nations.

The paper suggested various improvement devices of community spirit in conlusion part.
first, The government may establish a varied policys strengthening social Justice, nation's moral and disciplines
Second, our people may abandon extreme egoism and money oriented thoughts. Therefore all people may maintain community spirit that considers our neighbour and society in advance
Third, The government may promote the educational reform for cultivating whole human which forms true values and wisdom of respecting other people
fourth, our people may prepare the spiritual foundation to strengthen community spirit and cohesivenes in basis of self-sacifice
fifth, social organization may establish hierarcial order which maintains mutual respection and spontaneous Participation
Sixth, top management may improve firm's ethico which rests on social responsibility and human esteem
Seventh, government and orther organizations may develop community programs and communication system in order to enhance community spirit.
