대학생의 노인에 대한 이미지 연구

The purpose of this study is to examine the general trends of image about elderly perceived by university students and also to investigate the variables related to image about elderly. Therefore this study tried to find out the direction for forming positive image about elderly. 415 university student in Seoul was interviewed. Image about elderly was clearly evident as measured by SD scale. The data were analyzed by statistical methods such as factor analysis, t-test, correlation and multiple regresstion. The results of this study were as follows ; (1) In general, university students have negative image about elderly. (2) There was no difference by gender but Factor 4, co-operate facor has significant difference by coresidental experience. (3) The image about elderly is positively related to level of communication, concern about elderly problems and classed experience about elderly. (4) The level of concern about elderly problem and communication with elderly were appeared to significantly influence on forming image about elderly.
