학교교육의 효과에 대한 학생들의 인식 연구 ; 민주적 시민성을 중심으로 = Student`s Consciousness on Schooling Effects on Democratic Citizenship

This study analyzed factors influencing student`s consciousness on schooling effects, especially on the effect on democratic citizenship. The respondents for the survey consisted of 363 students who were middle and high school in Junbuk province. In the area of survey research, two main parts have been established for making questionnaire: the educational aspirations of student (10 items) and the scale of democratic citizenship (18 items) The results of statistical analyses are follows: The results of empirical study revealed that some variables, such as age, the extrinsic motive of schooling, the attitude of social equality, affected consciousness of student. The educational aspirations of students were consisted of two factors: Extrinsic and intrinsic motive. The age of respondents were found positive affects on extrinsic motive, whereas negative affects on intrinsic motive. The variables affects students consciousness were age, extrinsic motive, and the attitude of social equality, but there is no differences in respondents consciousness on schooling effects sex, S.E.S, and academic grade. The age of respondents was negative affected on students consciousness on schooling effect.
