청소년 문제 ; 집단상담을 통한 학교생활 부적응자들의 약물남용 예방 방안모색 = Youth Problem ; Effectiveness of Group Counseling on Drug - Abuse Adolescents

The purpose of this research is to find the group counseling method most suitable for treating drug-abuse adolescents. Because delinquency is not homogeneous, it is impossible to cover all the subsets of drug-abuse adolescents with only one approach. Many studies have reported that it is desirable to treat the drug-abuse adolescents by considering the characteristic or type of their deviant behavior. In this report, aggression and low self-concept were assumed to be the principle characteristics of drug-abuse adolescents. The program consisted of assertive traininp and self-disclosure. Adolescents who committed deviant behavior served as subjects. 54 subjects were included in the experimental group. Adolescents who join group counseling consider themselves to be respectable. The results implicate the importance of selecting subjects in treating the delinquent adolescents.
