체육교사의 수업 방식 및 변화과정 분석 = The Study of Teaching Style and it`s Change Process in a Physical Education Teacher

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 체육교사의 수업방식과 그 변화과정을 기술하고 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 생애사적 연구방법과 참여관찰, 심층면담 등의 질적인 연구방법을 이용하였다. 자료는 심층면담 내용, 참여관찰 내용, 대상자가 기록으로 남긴 시, 각종수업자료, 체육수업관련 글 등을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 연구대상 체육교사는 `기능적 수업`, `아나공 수업`, `함께 하는 수업`, `절충적 수업` 방식 등의 다양한 수업방식을 사용하고 있었다. 수업방식의 변화 과정은 초기 단계에는 생존적 차원에서 전통적인 `기능적 수업`이 이루어졌으며, 이후 `함께 하는 수업`과 `아나공 수업방식`을 사용하고 있으며, 마지막 단계에서는 효과적 수업과 반성적 수업이 적절하게 결합된 절충적 수업방식을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purposes of this study was to analysis teaching style and it`s changing process in a physical education(PE) teacher(mail, mid 40s) through his life time. Life history research method with in-depth interview, participant observation, and collection of class documents and personal writings (e.g., poems and essays) was employed to describe and analyze data. Major findings can be summarized as the follows: 1) PE teacher used 4 kinds of teaching style- functional teaching style, rolling out the ball teaching style, collaborative teaching style, compromising teaching style 2) The first stage of teaching style was a fuctional teaching style for surviving level of teacher development. At the next stage PE teacher used the rolling out the ball teaching style and collaborative teaching style. Last stage was a compromising teaching style mixed characteristics of effective teaching and reflective teaching.
