체육교사의 별명과 그 교육적 의미에 관한 연구 = A Study on Educational Meaning about Physical Education Teachers' Nickname

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 현직 중 ·고등학교 체육교사의 별명을 조사 분석하여 그 별명이 갖는 교육적 의미를 해석하는데 목적이 있다. 이 논문은 9명의 주요 제보를 대상으로 한 심층면담, 연구자의 체육교과교육학 강의를 수강한 학생들이 제출한 내부자적 관점의 연구보고서를 토대로 작성된 것이다. 연구결과, 체육교사의 별명은 신체적 특성, 성격, 행동특성, 수업, 이름 등과 관련된 별명으로 분류되었다. 체육교사의 별명은 학생의 관심의 표현, 학생간, 학생 교사사간 의사소통의 수단, 그리고 체육교사의 정체성의 또 다른 표현이라는 교육적 의미를 부여할 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to interpret the educational meaning of physical education teachers` nickname. I made use of the ethnographic method as a research method for 9 key participants` emic world. I collected data through depth interview, final report of researcher`s sport pedagogy lecture. Major finding can be summarized as the follows: 1) The physical education teachers` nickmame was classified as physical appearance, personality, behavioral characteristics, teaching style, and name. 2) The physical education teachers` nickname was the expression of students` interest, the means of communication among inter-students and both students and teachers, and the another aspect of a physical education teachers` identity.
