This study explored the kindergarten teachers' job stress with staffs' conflicts factors to offer exploratory data for the improvement of job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers. This study was conducted with 12 teachers at 4 kindergartens by in-depth interview about job stress
Analysis of data revealed that factors related to job stress appeared to be differentiated by teachers' personal conflict factors- other teachers, principals.
First, conflicts with other teachers appeared to be influenced by age, experiencc. Educational course, dbility, marriage, educational method, division of work, management of class.
Second, conflicts with principals appeared to be influenced by lack of specialties in principal, principal do not reliable for teachers, do not admit the opinions of teachers, principal managed on her own authority.
Third, conflicts with personnels except for other teachers and principles appeared to be influenced by their communication, opinion's difference, noncooperation.
