The Purpose of this study is to provide desirable directions for human relations in early childhood educations.
To serve this purpose, the foundations of human relations, the educational meaning and characters of human relations between kindergarten teachers and parents are studied.
Their human relations have meanings on 'parenthood', 'social change', 'role cognition and role taking', consciousness change', and 'role expect'.
The characters of human relations between kindergarten teachers and parents are 'hardly have choice relations', 'indirect relations', 'partially limited relations', 'temporary relations', 'double-faced relations'.
