In this study, writer has the aim to obtain the basic data, when an experimenter recognize the value of action education and write some systematic and active plan, by doing more corrective and actual research with regard to some recognition to kindergarten teachers` conception and necessity, present operation condition and possibility, some type of action education, teacher`s role, etc. The study problem is as follows. First, how is the understanding degree concerning some conception and necessity of action education? Second, how is the present operation condition and possibility of action education? Third, how is the type of action education? Fourth, how is a teacher`s role in action education? The research method was to analyze with a questionnaire as a survey group (fifty present kindergarten teachers) in Chungnam area and this percentage was produced (with the item number of question) by hand-work. As a study result, in the conception of action education, nearly most teachers recognize that it means to attempt some physical control and productive expand, and to observe the necessity of action education by 55% affirmatively. Second, it appears that too many numbers` persons (majored in physical education) participate by 46% in analyzing present operation condition concerning action education, at the education field. Third, the content which a teacher hopes to be supplemented in a kindergarten, shows some contents concerned creative action, rhythmical action, and basic action, etc. Fourth, the most difficult thing an experimenter is short of leading some infants` interest in teaching action education.
