The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences of the self-efficacy according to the career and the training experience of playtherapist ; the relationship between the countertransference management ability and the self-efficacy of playtherapist. The results of this study were as follows; First of all, a playtherapist who had higher career level showed higher capability in dealing with all the sub-factors of the self-efficacy. Secondary, a playtherapist who had more experience of supervision and group counseling showed higher capability in categories of the self-efficacy. Finally, it had been shown that the micro-skill affected to all the sub-factors of counter-transference management ability. And it was suggested that the counseling process a(footed to the empathy ability, the anxiety management and the conceptualizing skill.
