여행업 발전을 위한 공공부문 개입에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Intervention of the Public Sectors for the Development of Travel Agent

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Travel business has still been in trouble of poor environment and fragility of management, though playing a key role in the tourism industry.
This is because the negative intervention of the public sectors which is inconsistent with reality, interferes with management activity. Also, most of researches on the relationship between a company and a public sector have focused on the public sector's regulation of the company in a negative light.
In other words, the public sector has intervened the travel business with the regulation, of which deregulation has been an arguing point.
However, the positive intervention of the public sector improves the fragility of the travel business caused by the failure of its markets, contributing to the development of the travel business. As a result, we should look into the relationship between the travel business and the public sector and do a research on the intervention of the public sector as a management environment.
As above, the research tried contributing to the development of the travel business by representing the developmental alternative plans by item intervened, considering the positive intervention of the public sector is necessary to improve the poor travel business.
