One can easily exert that many problems may occur if each local government and individuals make local information website recklessly without standards.
To prevent those problems from occuring, I hereby propose some effective ways of setting up local information website as follows ;
○ Make clear the purpose of establishing the website
○ Make detailed gudiance about setting up the website such as
- fundamental concept
- context and purpose
- making context
- developing software and unification
- pretest
- checking the user-information
○ Use outsourced manpower and material
○ Advertise the website vigorously
○ Make good use of information searching system
○ Support the technology and training related to website establishing
Due to the development of information-communication technology, internet-using is rapidly spreading every part of society and local information website will be the essential part of local development.
To prepare that, every local government and individuals should try to make the website effectively.
