    This study focused on developing the four stage eGovernment maturity model and applied it to evaluate eGovernment policy performance of government of this study implies the following. At first, the maturity of each government ministry is not hig, but it is in the middle of realizing the efficient and domocratic government. Secondly, to achieve a high level of eGovernment maturity, the view and mind of each ministry about informatization and eGovernment should be changed from the technology-oriented perspective to the organizational culture and human value oriented perspective. Finally, we must make continuous efforts to develop, test, modify and establish the general eGovernment maturity evaluation model which can diagnose the objective status of eGovernment maturity and suggest policy guidelines and directions for the more democratic and efficient government.
