교실아동의 사회적 관계와 초등교사의 역할 = The Peer Relationships and The Roles of Teacher in the Elementary Classrooms

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 발달심리학에서는 아동의 사회적 상호작용 혹은 사회적 관계가 인지발달과 인성발달의 중요한 환경적 배경이 된다고 봄으로써 이에 대한 교육적 논의는 중요한 의미를 지니게 되었다.최근의 학원폭력과 집단따돌림과 같은 현장의 문제들은 교실아동들이 이러한 사회적 관계를 형성하는데 심각한 어려움을 겪고 있음을 드러내준다.이에 본고에서는 교실아동의 사회적 관계를 지원하기 위하여 교사가 어떠한 고려를 하여야 하는지를 탐색하였다.이를 위하여 구체적으로는 1)교실아동간의 사회적 관계가 그들의 학습과 발달에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지.그리고 2)교실아동간의 사회적 관계에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 검토하고.3)이러한 교실아동간 사회적 관계의 어려움 즉 또래 괴롭힘과 학습참여에서의 소외 등을 돕기 위하여 교사가 어떠한 고려를 하여야 하는가에 대해 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the study is to examine what the classroom teachers can do for the peer relationships in the elementary classrooms. For this purpose, the following questions were discussed and answered; that kinds of influence can the students' intraction and social relationship have on their classroom learning and their development of various domains? How can the teachers influence the peer interactions and relationships in their classrooms? What the should teachers consider to enhance the positive peer relationships? Form this discussion, the followings are suggested; teachers should know that their teaching strategies and class management style can have effect on the relationships of their classroom children; teachers should know that the children's problems related to social relationships in classrooms may originated in the relationships between children and their parents in the early childhood; thus professional judgment and appropriate intervention are needed for children to have positive relationships with peers in their classrooms.
