스키 참여자의 여가체험에 관한 문화기술적 연구

Leisure experience requires understanding of inherent meaning attached to leisure and on-going efforts to acquire wisdom to capitalize on leisure in an appropriate manner. With such genuine understanding of leisure experience, a privilege is granted to relish the highest degree of happiness as a person engaging in leisure activities seriously. The purpose of this study was to explore motives of ski participants to seek leisure activities, a broad range of their experience. The present study used Phenomenological Approach, one of qualitative study methods widely used. In order to accomplish the purposes of the study above, the present study developed the following research questions of the study: 1) What are the motives of ski participants to seek leisure sports? 2) What are the leisure experiences of ski participants? The participants of this study are consisted of 2 males and 2 females, for more than 2 years. As data collection methods this study employed In-Depth Interview Method The conclusions of this study are as follows: First, participant motives of the ski participants were pleasure, expression, and social relationship. Second, experience of the participants were identified in 4 dimensions, as below, nimbleness, troublesomeness, gladness, and belongingness.
