    The improvement of the ability of problem solving in mathematics education is an important aim of mathematics education and it was studied for a long time by many researchers. Especially the curriculum of level type process will be selected in the 7th educational course of the secondary school. So it need to study about producing the problem types to develop and improve the ability of the problem solving as educational materials. The research on the problem solving was studied from 1930's and it was taken increasing interest in 1980's.
    In this paper we will research about mathematical problem solving education and will produce the problem types which can extend the student's ability of the problem solving in mathematics of the secondary school students.
    We make the following as a basic rule to produce and develop the problem types.
    1) The first level problem types which will be produced in this paper need the visual thinking type problem. This types will be increased interest about school mathematics by the mathematical baseless students. The mathematical baseless students will be able to take the applied course or intensified course after deal with such visual thinking type problem.
    2) We must take the subject matter or material of the problem types from real life at first and extend to take the routine problem or non-routine problem after take the subject from our real life. So the direction of producing the problem types will move forward to cognize school mathematics as an interesting subject.
    3) The problem must consist of subdivised small and more simple questions. Such types problems will be able to improve the ability of decision making, critical thinking and creative thinking.
    4) Since the problem types to improve the ability of the problem solving must be placed the focus on the point 'what the student must know?' , the program type problem may help the students to increase the interesting about school mathematics. In this point, the program type problem will be produce as a kind of problems of the problem solving.
