The issue of the history of literature including the history of poetryis eventually restored to the continuity. But getting close to the tradition of the Korean modern portry, the continuity is being found more distinctively in the frame of transformation. I think that the issue of the 'Poetry Coterie Magazine' is the main motif to such transformation.
'Poetry Coterie Magazine' is Korea's characteric system that is carrying out continuously to this day. So the study of 'Poetry Coterie Magazine' is very important and essionitial to the understanding of Korean Poetry.
Powerful 'Poetry Coterie Magazine' is replacing outmoded poetic trends, and this new poetic mode is forming the main current poetry trendency. And after some length of time, another Powerful 'Poetry Coterie Magazine' is also replacing the former portic trends. Thus among 'Poetry Coterie Magazine', we can find the inner correlations,
Baced on the viewpoint and aim mentioned above, this disertation studies whether the specific 'Poetry Coterie Magazine' in 1920's-1990's achieves positive role to the modern poetis tradition and its developmental aspects.
The part that I thought a little incomplete in this dissertation is the insufficiency to the the works. I think I will continue to study this part. But I hope that the discussion of the 'Poetry Coterie Magazine' will help profoundly hereafter.
