중등학교 체육교사의 자격연수에 대한 현직교사의 의식 실태 = Research on In - Service Teacher`s Awareness Toward the Certification Training Program for Physical Education Teacher of Secondary School

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 자격연수 교육에 대한 중등학교 체육교사들의 인식 실태를 분석하여 학교현장에서 효과적으로 활용될 수 있고, 수요자의 욕구를 충족할 수 있는 미래지향적인 자격연수 교육의 방향에 시사점을 제시하는데 목적이 있었다. 자격연수 교육의 목표는 성별이나 근무하는 학교의 설립유형에 따라 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 교육내용은 교육과정의 변천에 준하여 반복되는 내용은 피하고, 현실 문제의 해결을 위한 구체적이고 실제적으로 활용될 수 있도록 구성되어야 한다. 평가에 대한 의식은 연수지역에 따라 불균형의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연수교육기관의 환경은 시설을 비롯한 많은 부분들이 아직도 개선의 여지가 있음을 연구결과로 알 수 있었으며, 연수담당 주체의 측면에서 볼 때 모든 교과목을 연수원 전문직이나 전임교원이 담당할 수는 없을지라도 핵심과목에 대한 교육을 담당할 연수원의 전임교원 확보가 필요하다고 사료된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this research is to analyze the opinion of in service physical education teachers about 1st grade teacher Certification Training Program and to provide the suggestion about the coming certification training program that satisfy the need of the trainee and that can be effectively applied to in practical teaching movement in school. The analysis of data shows that the awareness about the objectives of training doesn`t differ greatly in gender and characteristics of the belonged school. According to these conclusion, it is estimated that in-service physical education teacher don`t have the negative view of certification training program. So, the objectives of training should be presented on concrete and practical level and be established in order that the trainee easily grasp the meaning and value of certification training program. In the light of content of training, repeated contents should be avoided by virtue of the alteration of curriculum, and the content that can be applied to concretely and practically should be organized. Moreover, the system of certification training program in which the trainee can select one course among the several program courses can be taken into consideration. Evaluation of the training showed uneven differences according to the place of the training Therefore, it needs to fulfill its obligations with much more efforts, not to bring about severe unbalance among training institutions. For volunteers of certification training program for vice-principle got the record long ago. To exclude such abuse, it can be the alternative proposal to involve the average score among three highest records of Certification Training Program or General Training Program in the selection of the trainee of certification training program for vice-principle. Circumstance in institution of training program is some room of improvement in the light of facilities. It is necessary to maintain the full-time instructor who can be in charge of main subject, although it is impossible to leave whole subjects in professional instructor or full-time instructor.
