예비사회체육지도자의 현장실습에 대한 이해와 현황 = Practicum of Nurturing Preservice Leaders of Sports for All : Understanding and Present Condition

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 사회체육 현장실습에 대한 이해와 현황을 알아보는 것이며 자료수집은 문헌조사와 설문조사를 실시하였고 설문조사를 위해 사회체육 관련(학)과에 재학중인 학생 144명을 연구대상으로 하였으며 자료분석은 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 이와같은 연구목적과 방법을 통해 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 사회체육 현장실습은`행함`과 `배움`의 과정으로 직전교육에서 배운 이론지식을 현장에 적용하면서 전문적인 능력과 안목을 기르고 지도자로서 적성과 잠재능력을 재검토하고 이를 개발하는 학습경험이다. 현행 사회체육 현장실습은 `배움`의 과정보다는 `행함`만이 강조된 실습으로 형식적인 참여와 형식적인 운영으로 이루어지고 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the study was to understand and to analyze the present condition of the practicum. The data was collected through literature review, document research and survey which was conducted on a total of 144 students majoring in sports for all, and the data was analyzed through frequency. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: the practicum is a process of `doing` and `learning.` the practicum of sports for all represents a learning experience where participating students apply theoretical knowledge obtained from their college education to actual situations, cultivating their expertise and capability as leaders, and developing and sharpening their aptitude and potential, the practicum of sports for all has focused more on `doing" rather than on learning.` As a result, the practicum is characterized by passive participation and superficial supervision.
